<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A heat exchanger recovers warmth from the outgoing air and transfers it to the incoming fresh air, improving energy efficiency while maintaining excellent indoor air quality.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Approved Document F specifies the minimum airflow rates that extractor fans must achieve.</p>
